Greetings,
We had some excellent sessions this week in the Discipleship classes the class topic was 'Means of Grace: Prayer.' I was especially pleased to see some new students in the Sheridan Friday 5:00 class. One of the students noted the class started with 17 students and that there was 27 present last Friday evening. Praise God.
'A Heart of Faith, Hope, and Love' was the topic in Dixon's Malachi Dads class on Wednesday. Attendance is still low there. Please pray for some new students.
The number of attendees in the two Sheridan classes was positive, with 25 for the 8:30 class and 35 for the 10:00 class. Another praise God. The topic of 'Deep Healing,' dealing with past wounds and forgiving those who afflicted the wounds.
Overall it was a positive fifth week.

No name - Please pray for Amber. Pray for healing. She has found a lump in her breast; this is the second cancer scare. And for her family. Justin, her brother, specifically who is having trouble committing to a walk with God.
Wayne - Lord, I pray for my brother Scott. Please allow him to continue serving You, for it helps us who he serves. Please give his family the resources he needs to so that he can continue to minister to those of us who need it. And save his son Cameron. Get him on the right track. And may Cameron have a better relationship with his father. In Jesus' name, amen.
Wesley - Pray that my mom and me can get along better and be able to have a good phone call next time and I can do what I need to able to help them and have a good visit when my dad comes to see me, and we can have safe travel for him.

Justin - Family/friends, prison population, Elizabeth’s surgery, and my seven kids.
Aaron - I just want to give thanks to God for connecting me with Scott and S.O.C. Ministries. My journey has been seasoned with good solid biblical doctrine as a result of knowing Scott, and I truly feel prepared to go into society and in walk in the word. God truly uses him, and I am grateful.
Jason - Pray for God to give my brother Tony a godly wife.
Brother Jeffrey - Lord, I am thankful for your mercy and grace as your son Jesus died and rose from the grave for us all who have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ are safer my life of sin. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Lord, I pray for my family that you covered all of them during this time of grieving for our family member, my cousin Earl, who lost his battle with his health and passed on last night. May our family be comforted with the celebration of Earl's life and feel the peace and love of Your blessings on us all. In Jesus' name, amen.
Brother Jeffrey - Lord, we are so very thankful for the prayer team that we send our prayer requests to every Friday. We ask You to bless them more and more with the desires of their hearts. The prayer team has been paying for us men in Sheridan and other prisons that we stay strong studying Your Word and applying your love in our lives to share with others as we walk in your son Jesus’ light. Lord, may the prayer team continue to pray for what's been, and I will be praying with them. In your son Jesus’ name, amen.
Alex - pray for Kanithra; she's a sweet, loving, and kind woman, she holds my heart, and I need her to be all good. She deserves all the best things in life, even if it's not also from me from God's blessing. I have faith that I'll be out with the courts overturning my conviction or in January with all the good-time I'll be getting. Peace and patience for Kanithra and for me too. Amen.
David - please pray for peace here, for our families and kids to protect and provide for them. Pray for me going to work release ASAP. Pray for our staff and our volunteers, six months good-time. My relationship to grow with God and to do His will.
Juan - Pray for Mr. Valasquz may his son Gianni, walk with the Holy Spirit and wife treats him well to stay out of trouble. Pray for my family may our God bless them all in keep my mother healthy and strong she's 93 years old. Keep all those a prayer California fires they have stop burning. Pray for Scott, thank you for sharing Your Word with us inmates.
Derrick - please help me pray for all the inmates in Sheridan that they get their life together, help them turn from their wicked ways, and turn to you! In Jesus' name, amen.
Derrick - please pray that I continue to stay closer to God, also stay in His Word. Pray for my health and strength. Pray for my wife to change from being a drug addict. Pray for my mom Betty, my kids, and my life. I pray that God takes control of my life. Amen
Derrick - please keep me in prayer. Lord, please take the negative thinking out of my head. Lord, please strengthen me in all areas that I am weak in. Lord, I pray for healing, deliverance, soberness, healthy strength, peace, love, joy, happiness, patience, humbleness, kindness, gentleness, respect, change, and support. Also, positive friends and new friends! Amen! Heal all the drug addicts in the world.
