Greetings,
I forgot to mention last week that after 31 classes and the issuing of 435 certificates SOCPM concluded, at least for now, the last scheduled Renewing Fatherhood class based on the curriculum Inside Out Dad Christian course.
On April 12th Dixon will begin the Malachi Dads program which SOCPM started last December at Sheridan and thus far has been very well received. Per the Chaplin's assistant, 40 men have enrolled for the Malachi Dads class at Dixon.
SOCPM after much prayer decided to make the switch to the Malachi Dads curriculum that gives more focus on the Gospel and marriage and retains a strong focus on fatherhood. The amount of Scripture exceeds the amount of Scripture in Inside Out Dad Christian by far.
Please pray that God will use Malachi Dads, transform these fathers to be the fathers God created them to be.
To Him be the glory
