In the Discipleship classes, we continued our course ‘The Basics of Christian Life’ with a teaching on ‘Knowing God’s Will.’
In the Dixon Discipleship class, we continued our course ‘The Basics of Christian Life’ with a teaching on ‘Enduring Hardships.' A teaching that hit home for a good number of students
In Dixon’s Malachi Dads class on Wednesday from ‘The Heart of a Man,’ A lesson on “Developing A Respectable Heart” Attendance is still low there. Please pray for some new students.
Because Friday was a staff holiday at Sheridan, classes were canceled.
My mom is still waiting for a doctor's prognosis on the removal of the feeding tube. Please, continue in prayer that she handles the soft foods well, the doctors can remove the feeding tube and that she returns home to Prestige.
Please, continue in prayer for my son Cameron. I talked to him on Monday, and he was supposed to enter a new sober living on Tuesday, but I've not heard from him since despite a couple of phone calls to him. Please pray for his salvation, sobriety and that he gets the long-term help that he needs.
If you are interested in watching an excellent documentary, may I suggest 'College Behind Bars.' A four-part PBS showing of men and women earning the AA or BA degrees while incarcerated. The personal stories were moving and were also encouraging to me.

A. C. - Thanks for your love, grace, and mercy. Pray for my father, Jeff, who is on a ventilator. Though he can sit up and write his name, he still needs much more strength to get back home. Pray for Scott and his family, may his mother also be strengthened to return home. Pray for all my brothers and their families here at Dixon. In Jesus precious name, amen.
Wayne - Please pray for Seth. He is going through a lot right now with his family. Also, please pray that my longtime girlfriend receives healing in her mind, which translates into her losing weight. Thank you.
Victor - Pray that I exit the prison system either by God’s directives or by court’s say so.
Richard - I would like prayer for my son Brian. Prayer that I will hear from him. Prayer that he will be delivered from drug addiction. Prayer that he will return to Christ.
