Greetings,
At Dixon, on Wednesday we continued with "Tactics" lessons 3 & 4. In Christian Living, we watched part 2 of Voddie Bauhman's "Love and Marriage."
At Sheridan in both Christian Living classes, Chapter 12 - The Heart of Malachi Dad's fourth book 'Family Restoration was the focus of discussion. Next week we will do Chapter 11 Inmate Challenge. I purposely swapped 11 & 12. I feel watching "Inmate Challenge" is solid to the point teaching on fatherhood from the mouths of inmates incarcerated for life and it allows the dads to have a discussion recapping teh whole curriculum of Malachi Dads.
In the Discipleship classes, a mishap of teh wrong DVD canceled the final two lessons of "Tactic," but God allowed the unexpected time for some vigorous classroom discussion.
I joined New Life Corrections in on the teaching "Life-Changing Prayer" by Jim Cymbala at Dixon this Saturday morning. Though not many prayer requests submitted, there was some powerful prayer in the class itself.
As we go into the final term week, I want to thank you for your dedicated prayer.

But repentance is possible; it shows I was wrong and I love you. Thank you Lord for Scott and his wife and help his son Cameron receive the help he needs. In you're gloriest name Amen.

Rod - I met with my wife this past week on day 136 of seeking God. Think it went well as best I can tell. She will process key things I shared. Pray God leads her to process as we continue to seek God.

No name - Please pray that my soon upcoming release goes relatively smoothly. That the halfway house I go to is good, and it's helpful to my needs of shelter and clothing and food. Jason - Prayer for my two daughters and my son for their health and safety in and forgiveness and understanding. I'm hoping they will get the chance to see what their father went through and how he overcame it.
