Greetings,
It was a joy distributing 111 certificates to the men of Dixon and Sheridan this past week, who completed 'The Holiness of God' and 'The Assurance of Salvation.' The latter having one ofhighest percentage in attendance across all three classrooms. Praying the message of recognizing who God is and who we are in holiness and most importantly none of them will hear the words of Matthew 7:21-23
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.'
The day of joy was saddened when I came home last night (Friday) after Sheridan and had an e-mail from VINE that former SOCPM student William Cliff had died. Cliff was an SOCPM student from 01/2015 until 12/2015 upon his parole. I remember Cliff, not as well as I would have liked but do recall he did show some evidence of salvation in knowledge of God's Word, He did profess Christ but did he have full assurance before he died? I can only hope he did and will be reunited with him in the Kingdom. He would often if not always pray for his Aunt Helen and daughter Emily. I ask you keep them in your prayers.

Doug - Pray for Scott's wife and Scott's son. Pray for my family and pray for the whole universe. Pray for the poor and hungry and pray for the homeless that they will find shelter.
Manuel - I would like prayer for a friend of a friend. Briana 16 years old was diagnosed with leukemia. I just pray that she be healed and through this that she feel the love and power of our holy Lord. A humble servant.
Bruce - Holy, holy, holy to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray for all human race to live in peace and harmony together. For Donald Trump, the Democrats and Republicans, the budget no war, the penal system to change in living conditions. Better mental healthcare, divide them to hospitals instead of prison. For Scott and wife and son Cameron and a safe trip back and forth, here to bring us the mighty Word and teaching of our Lord Jesus. Thank you, for everything from the least to the greatest, even when I am a sinner.

Paul - Please pray that our Father sends me strength, patience and faith. That he will touch hearts of the Springfield IDOC and they grant me good time to be back home with my granddaughter Kianna. Her birthday is August. Thank you and God bless.
Mr. Rogers - Please pray for Scott, his wife and son that they come together as a family. Please pray for every man in this class an their family. Please pray for my wife Erin and our kids. Please pray that they'll be safe and my wife keep on reading and praying to God. Please pray that I read the Bible more and understand the Bible better, please pray for me and my family. Amen.
Toby - Please continue to pray for my fiancé Kristen from Rantoul, Illinois that God would cause her to place Him first in her life and that she would in turn place her family - Toby Jr, Noah, and myself second. Again, please pray for upcoming child custody case March 6, 2017 relating to my son Toby Jr. Specifically, that God will allow me to be physically present at the hearing and that God will allow my son to continue to stay with family friends or that He would do what's best in a His infinite wisdom. Toby - Please pray for my upcoming court case involving my 8-month old son and custody of him. Specifically that I would be physically present and that Toby Jr's best interest would be served, as God knows best. In his service.
James - I ask that my children be watched over as they around a new man their mother has in her life and are currently together. Also, that the boys continued to go to church. Also, for me not to want the feeling of Jill's low as I'm spending more time than I need to worrying how she feels and why she left me along with not here for support and keep my focus on God's love and understanding and it's the only love I need to recognize.
